Meet Thomas

As our Director of Retirement Plan Operations, Thomas supports our advisors and subsequently our clients by developing or reviewing materials, managing special projects, collaborating with vendors, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, and ensuring high quality work.

A graduate of Oregon State University with a double major in finance and management (and a minor in economics), Thomas began his career at NWCM as a Retirement Plan Analyst. He now leads NWCM’s qualified retirement plan operations team, which supports our plan advisers, and works directly with the vendors of retirement plan clients. He’s in the process of pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys hiking, playing and watching soccer, and spending time with his wife, Ingrid, and their two cats, Juniper and Luna. He enjoys exploring new ideas and learning about the world around him.
